Joining CapiWell – Membership
Effective from 1 July 2026
As CapiWell continues to grow, we are introducing a simple membership contribution for new professional users joining our investor and financing network.
This contribution helps us maintain the quality, security and efficiency of our platform, including onboarding, verification, compliance, deal administration and ongoing member support.
We believe in being transparent from the outset. There are no hidden onboarding charges or unexpected administration fees.

- Commitment: 4 months

The membership contribution becomes payable once your collaboration with CapiWell begins and provides access to our financing and investment ecosystem, including deal introductions, communication, eligibility assessment and ongoing relationship management.
This contribution is independent of any success fee that may become payable upon the successful completion of a financing transaction.
Our objective remains unchanged: to connect quality borrowers, investors and strategic partners through a transparent, efficient and trusted Swiss platform.
