Joining CapiWell – Project Expenses Contribution
Effective from 1 September 2026
CapiWell requests an expenses contribution for each project submitted for funding. This contribution supports onboarding, verification, compliance, project administration, communication and ongoing support.
The contribution applies separately to each project, including where the same project owner submits several projects. It is not a single membership payment covering all projects under one account.
Contribution Schedule
The applicable rate is determined by the month in which collaboration with CapiWell begins for the relevant project.

The contribution becomes payable once collaboration begins for the relevant project. It supports the assessment and administration of that project and does not guarantee that funding will be secured.
This contribution is independent of any success fee that may become payable upon the successful completion of a financing transaction. Any applicable success fee or additional agreed costs will be disclosed separately.
